The truffle has long been a great delicacy, appreciated by the Greeks and first cultivated in France. In January, 2008, we planted our own 150-tree truffiére—a fitting crop for a Norwegian and French farmer. Within the next five years, we hope to offer the home connoisseur and local restaurants this beautiful, unique food. If you have tasted this earthy, aromatic fungi, you won’t mind the wait.
