Farm Living: A Day Camp for Young Farmhands 2013

Experience a bit of rural life just minutes from the city, on our picturesque 5-acre farm in Southworth. Your child will participate in everyday farm chores as well as create original art and crafts, like:

  • Feeding the sheep, chickens, and llama.
  • Learn about composting.
  • Plant winter vegetables.
  • Explore the vegetables gardens and learn where your food comes from.
  • Make felted soap bars with our own wool.
  • Create an original farm collage
  • Collect herbs to dry and take home for cooking.
  • Study our impact on nature and how we can help preserve it!
  • and more…!

Due to many requests I am offering each session to all ages! This will help families with multiple children that want to attend.
